A note signed by Amos Cincir, Young President of the Republic of Government Youth of Haiti (GJH) informs the general public that "this simulation exercise carried out by the Association of Volunteers for Democracy (AVD), is not supported or financed by the Haitian Government or by NGOs or by the international organizations of the place, nor by any particular.

Operating without budget or headquarters or bank account, the GJH is fully supported by its young members volunteer [the young President, the young Prime Minister, youth ministers and staff of the young president], who are committed body and soul, not only to make themselves useful to the country as citizens, but also to give an answer to those who believe that youth is null and incapable.

We know and are aware of the reality of the country where money and corruption in all its forms make more vulnerable the youth, however we remain firm to our cause and we promote participatory civic engagement, honesty, integrity, love of work, creativity and above all the feeling of doing well all that needs to be done.

We are Young passionate about what we do. That's why we do not expect to receive money to act collectively, in order to make a difference and achieve concrete results, tangible and measurable.

Open to all, keen to support the Haitian Youth, the Youth Government of Haiti appeals to civic awareness and urge the population not to discourage such progressive initiatives and invites everyone to join it, so that together, we are all a part of the solution."
