Haiti - FLASH : Lyonel Valbrun new Minister of Agriculture 18/09/2015 06:23:18
As of Thursday afternoon, his successor, the Engineer Agronomist Lyonel Valbrun, which was for more than 4 years, until 2013, Director General at MARNDR was installed by Jude Hervé Day, Minister of Trade and industry in the absence of Evans Paul, on an official visit to the United States.
