Friday morning Jude Hervé Day, the Minister of Trade and Industry proceeded to the installation of the former Minister of Culture (May 2012 - January 2013) Mario Dupuy, as the new Minister of Communication, following the resignation of Rotchild François Jr. on September 15 https://www.haitilibre.com/en/news-15158-haiti-flash-resignation-of-rothchild-francois-jr.html
The new Minister Dupuy, think the country needs "a climate of professionalism, of serenity and healing to build a responsible democracy," stressing that "the contribution of all sectors is necessary and welcome, with as goal to look together towards progress."
Recall that Mario Dupuy had been Secretary of State for Communication under the Aristide administration.
