Friday, Dithny Joan Raton, the Minister of Culture, accompanied among others by, Erol Josué, General Director of the National Bureau of Ethnology (BNE) and of the former Minister of Culture Eddy Lubin assessed the cultural potential of some archaeological sites in the North Department.

Puerto Real (Fossé Capois), the Village Guacanagaric (Anba Salin), the Navidad (Seafront of Limonade) and the Museum Guahaba of Limbé, were the main sites that have retained the attention of delegates of the Ministry during this prospecting tour of a few hours in the region.

Recall that Puerto Real, built in 1503, is one of the top 15 Spanish cities of the New World. The Minister Raton studying the possibility of establishing an interpretation center, because of its highly symbolic importance in view of the history of humanity and culture of this country.
