Haiti - Insecurity : Again and again... (October 30, 2010)
Today Saturday, the body of a man of 47 years old, with gunshots wounds was found in Fontamara 27. According to early indications, investigators believe that a dangerous gang leader nicknamed "TOU TOU" would be involved in the assassination.

Yesterday, at Delmas 33, a woman who was kidnapped on October 27, 2010, was released. The victim reported she was sexually abused. An investigation was opened.

Yesterday, at Camp Accra (Delmas 32), an unidentified man attempted to rape a 11 year old girl. The suspect fled the scene. The young victim was transported to the hospital for medical tests and psychological treatment.

Between October 27 and 28, police arrested three escaped in Croix-des-Bouquets, Carrefour and Petion-Ville. The three convicts, aged respectively of 27, 37 and 34 years old are detained in various police stations for investigation.
