Haiti - FLASH : Delay, fraud, moderate violence, many arrests... #HaitiElections 25/10/2015 10:19:37
At the voting center Dadadou Sports Centre, 5 people claiming to be representatives were arrested by police, the seals on their mandate have caused problem.
