The Special Commission anti-fraud established by the Provisional Electoral Council (CEP) https://www.haitilibre.com/en/news-15634-haiti-news-electoral-zapping.html responsible for receiving and validating the complaints, informs the general public, political parties, political groups and candidates in particular that, following the period granted to the interested parties to submit their complaints, it received 162 complaints.

Complaints retained have been forwarded to the Votes Tabulation Centre, for appropriate action. The Commission states that it will inform the public and the concerned in particular, of the findings of the auditors after the treatment of complaints.

For its part, the Coalition of Civil Society for Electoral Observation grouping the organizations SOFA, CNO, CONHANE and RNDDH that reports having become aware of the Commission by way of the press, reminds the CEP that it is their full responsibility to point out, on the basis of all data and documents whose it is the sole holder, the cases of fraud and irregularities that marred the elections.

1. The quantity and legality of the many votes vote made by voters whose names are not on the list of pooling station in which they voted;

2. The degree and extent of the involvement of people who have used representatives or observers cards to vote, given the large number of accreditation cards given by the CEP, equivalent to more than half of voters of October 25, 2015.
