Haiti - Security : Dismantling of a dangerous criminal network
At the balance sheet of the 6th week of the operation "Tempête" the principal inspector, Garry Desrosiers, Deputy Spokesman of the National Police of Haiti (PNH) revealed that the Central Directorate of Judicial Police (DCPJ) had arrested several members of a gang operating in network with gangs rampant in Delmas and Lalue. These are : Duckenson Lee Gérard aka "Robo", Elian Stanley, aka "G. Boby", Jean Colbert Tata, Jean Robert Civil and James Michel aka "Poupouch".

Garry Desrosiers, explained that this dangerous criminal network were used to rob people doing transactions in the bank and were involved in several assassinations including that of Joël Alcyndor murdered May 4, 2015 in Gérald Bataille; of Celcis, Huges Hervé Lemoine Executive Director of the deceased funeral business on August 21, after was shot last August and father Briant Michel Daniel Alain, Alain Michel, a French national, robbed, at the exit of a bank branch.
