Haiti - Elections : 116 complaints rejected out of 162
The Special Commission anti-fraud established by the Provisional Electoral Council (CEP), chaired by Pierre Manigat Jr. and composed of Ricardo Augustin, Yolette Mengual, Jaccéus Joseph et Mosler Georges (members), having among its tasks to receive documented complaints of fraud and ensure the consideration of valid complaints by the Votes Tabulation Center (CTV), received on expiry of the deadline, a total of 162 complaints relating to legislative and municipal elections of October 25, 2015.

Following a thorough review, the Commission declared inadmissible a total of 116 complaints, for not to be justified and devoid of evidence, so they were closed without follow. 43 complaints accompanied by evidence were considered as valid.

The Commission recommended to the Electoral Council to forward the 43 complaints valid at CTV for verification.

Note that 3 other documents are reports of supervisors and minutes of findings of Justices of the Peace.
