Charles H. Baker recognizes his defeat before the publication of results
Tuesday, as part of a visit to the Tabulation Center of Votes (CTV), Charles Henry Baker presidential candidate under the banner of the party "Respe" recognized to reporter microphones, his defeat before the publication of the preliminary results of the presidential election of October 25, stressing that the results that will be published will not reflect the popular vote. Recall that this is the third time (2006, 2010 and 2015) that the leader of "Respe" running for the presidency. He said that in the future he may no longer be present.

An original proposal, a second round with 5 candidates !
Tuesday, Marcel Duret, former ambassador of Haiti in Tokyo, proposed the organization of a second round of presidential elections, scheduled on December 27 not between 2 candidates but between 5 (Jude Celestin, Dr. Maryse Narcisse, Jovenel Moise Jean Henry Céant and Moise Jean Charles), which according to him are candidates who can rely on the support of a certain percentage of the population. He explained that with a Government and a Provisional Electoral Council (CEP) not credible, whatever the results that the Electoral Council will publish, they will provoke violence reactions in the population and in the streets.

The Government has no other choices than to accept the results of the CEP
Tuesday, Prime Minister Evans Paul met with Madelein Garcia Telesur correspondent in Haiti, around the elections of 25 October. During this interview on the television channel based in Venezuela, the Head of Gouvernenment said that "the Haitian people went to the polls October 25, 2015 to choose their leaders, the government has no other choices than to accept the results of the CEP."

Resume to zero all the tabulation process
Tuesday, Charles Henry Baker told the press that he had suggested to the election officials to resume all the vote counting process at the Tabulation Center. He explained that if one really wants to rectify the situation "it would be necessary to start from scratch in the tabulation process" which would imply to wait 3 more weeks to get results "not fake" taking into account the establishment of a new process far from a "faulty and fraudulent system" like the one set up in the heart of CTV.
