Haiti - FLASH : First reactions...
Jovenel Moïse candidate under the banner of PHTK after his victory (11,992 votes 32.81%) for the 2nd round (27 December 2015) stated "Yon gwo kout chapo pou popilasyon ayisyèn an, frè m ak sè m ki te al patisipe masivman nan eleksyon yo pou pèmèt nou kenbe Ayiti sou wout demokrasi. Premye tou eleksyon sa a se te yon egzanp de sivilite, sitwayènte ak bon jan angajman sosyal ke nou tout pran pou kapab fè demokrasi kontinye triyonfe. Mèsi anpil pou sipò nou !"
"[...] The people chose who they want to direct [...] Today, PHTK celebrated his first victory which proves that the people understood the message of development, job and wealth creation... I am first in the race. I congratulate all the candidates and political parties that have respected the rules of the game"
Jude Célestin contest the results
Jean-Hector Anacacis, the coordinator of the Alternative League for Progress and the Haitian Emancipation (LAPEH) announced that Jude Célestin, candidate for the presidency came second (394,390 votes 25.27%) contests the results stressing that Jude Célestin should have won the first round if there had been no fraud in favor of official candidate.

Moïse Jean-Charles, describes the results as a "national and international conspiracy"

Moïse Jean-Charles, calls the population to reject these results, announcing peaceful movements to face. After the announcement of preliminary results his supporters violently protested by erecting barricades near the party headquarters and burning tires in Port-au-Prince, to express their anger.
Moïse Jean Charles also informed that one of its supporters was shot dead Thursday.
The Fanmi Lavalas Party thank the population
The Fanmi Lavalas party, whose candidate Maryse Narcisse came 4th (110,049 votes 7.05%) declined to react. Party executives thanked the population for having voted overwhelmingly for their candidate. One of them even said "everyone knows it's Fanmi Lavalas who won the first round of presidential elections"....
Jean Henry Céant very frustrated
Me Jean-Henry Céant, candidate for president under the banner "Renmen Ayiti" arrived in 6th place (39.005 votes 2.50%) rejected the results, saying they "have been fabricated in an attempt to entrust power to the official candidate" He asked the population to reject these "pseudo results" saying that "Jovenel Moïse has no popularity to benefit 511,992 votes awarded to him."
