Pastor Armand Louis, Coordinator of the Commission of Electoral Evaluation inform in a note that after the installation of the Commission, its members (Mgr Patrick Aris, Pastor Armand Louis, the Mambo Euvonie Georges Auguste, Me Gédéon Jean and Rosny Desroches), went to work immediately to define a methodology and establish a timetable based on the understanding of the mandate and terms of reference.

"It was primarily for the Commission to meet those involved in the electoral process of 25 October 2015, to acquaint and analyze the available information concerning the ballot and then go to the Votes Tabulation Center (CTV) to proceed with the verification of certain data and information..."

The Commission provides that the verifications at CTV could begin this Sunday, December 27 in the afternoon and last for two or three days and reiterates "its determination to drive the electoral review process independently and without bias in order to make all the light on the process in greater transparency."
