At the level of candidates for the position of Prime minister he indicated "we have Ms. Myrlande Manigat which was presented by the JISTIS platform, we have former Senator Edgard Leblanc Fils which was proposed by the majority bloc in the Chamber of Deputies and the minority bloc in the Senate of the Republic, we have the economist Fritz Jean, which was proposed by the civil society and human rights organizations, we have Jacques Sampeur which was proposed by the G30, we have the former Minister Joanas Gay that has been proposed by the platform Vérité and former Senator Simon Dieuseul Desras which was presented by the platform Palmis [...]" Let's recall that according to the agreement of 6 February https://www.haitilibre.com/en/news-16533-haiti-politic-the-details-of-the-agreement-from-a-to-z.html the Provisional President of the Republic must consult with the Presidents of the two (2) Houses of Parliament around the choice of a Prime minister to designate.
