Wednesday, the Principal Inspector, Garry Desrosiers, Deputy Spokesman of the National Police of Haiti (PNH) confirmed that Tuesday evening unidentified persons opened fire on the police officer Wilkenson Saint Cyus who was on board a public transport minibus amid other passengers on the road of Nazon.

Mortally wounded, the officer of the PNH, rushed to hospital succumbed to his injuries. According to passenger these individuals targeted very specifically this police officer.

This is the sixth police officer fell under the murderous bullets of assassins since the beginning of the year.
