Last evening after getting a vote of confidence on his general policy in the Senate of the Republic Last evening after getting a vote of confidence on his general policy in the Senate of the Republic , the Prime Minister named, Enex Jean-Charles said, "I thank honorable senators for the vote of confidencegranted to the statement of my general policy," then he eturned to the Chamber of Deputies for the same exercise, which earlier was not possible for lack of quorum https://www.haitilibre.com/en/news-16970-haiti-flash-no-quorum-session-adjourned.html , at the second attempt 75 deputies were present and the PM named read his General Policy followed by a debate in which a large amount of deputies took the floor.

Abel Descollines for his part intervened on the communal funds and asked accounts of the money that was intended to build the parliament, stressed the importance of giving better treatment to the police so they can accomplish their mission with efficiency, to properly equip themselves.

Early this morning the Chamber of Deputies approved the general policy statement of the Prime minister Enex Jean-Charles with 78 deputies in favor, 1 against and 2 abstentions.
