If the assignment of this important ministry to a member of the opposition, can rejoice the G9 whose was member the Senator François Anick Joseph, however it reduces the blocking ability of the opposition group in the Upper House, hich now goes from 9 to 8 members. In his words of circumstance, the new Minister (former churchman) who qualifies himself as a "neophyte" in the public service (this is his first job in public administration), introduced himself as "a servant of servants", and sought the cooperation of all employees of MICT, and implicitly of his former parliamentary colleagues whose advice and support are welcome, while stressing to his staff on the need to be effective and deliver results.
