Thousands of demonstrators are demanding elections

After the recommendations of the Commission ?

"Immediately the recommendations received by the President of the Republic, the Provisional Electoral Council (CEP) will set up a National Electoral Office (BCEN) Special, which will have to rule on the veracity of the recommendations. New general direction of Budget
