The Legal Affairs Directorate of the Provisional Electoral Council (CEP), informs that the Office of Electoral Litigation National (BCEN), responsible for deciding on the appeals lodged against the decisions of the Litigation Communal Electoral Offices (BCEC) will hold hearings for municipal cartels of West department, Friday 6 and Saturday 7 May, from 9:00 a.m.

According to Article # 186 of the Electoral Decree of 2 March 2015, the complainants concerned are invited to demand, at the Registry of BCEN, located at #133 Road of Frères, copies of records relating to a different appeals.

This list is also posted on the Registry of BCEN and is available: at the Directorate of elections, located at #133 Road of Frères at all Departmental Electoral Offices (BED) and in the Communal Electoral Offices (BEC).
