Haiti - FLASH : Storms, floods, victims and damage, balance sheet #3 10/05/2016 09:51:32
The National Meteorological Centre (CNM) informs that the weather conditions are very disturbed at the Caribbean Basin since Monday morning due to two well marked talwegs one of which is located in altitude and the other in surface. Other partial flooding were recorded in the West, particularly in Cité Soleil,Pont-Rouge, in the village solidarité in the Port-au-Prince region; The river Rouyonne came into flood and waters have affected and in many different places the streets of Léogâne and part of the National #2.
