They issued a unanimous call for the annulment of the election, following protests from voters who could not vote and many cases of fraud and irregularities observed since the official opening of polling stations.

Some pooling stationshave opened several hours late, some are not opened... The frauds are numerous and sometimes massive: pre-filled ballots on behalf of INITE, ballot stuffing, voter names registered but absent from lists, intimidation, voters with several electoral cards, polls moved or deleted, illegal continuation of the Jude Célestin campaign's, lack of electoral materials or ballots etc. ... Many acts that seriously endanger the democratic exercise of voting rights of Haitian citizens enrolled in this national consultation.
