At the ceremony of installation, Ms. Gilmus praised the work of the management and coordination carried out for 3 years by the outgoing Director, Willlem Bertin.

She then referred to the seriousness and determination of the new Director Hervé Saintilus who previously occupied the position of Deputy Coordinator of the Coordination Unit of the Departmental Directorates of the Ministry.

In his words the new Director has appealed for cooperation of all to good management, rational, rigorous, intelligent, and informed of the Gymnasium Vincent. He announced the organization of many activities to operationalize this sporting infrastructure during the summer holidays for better guidance of youth.
