Haiti - Politic : A delegation of 26 young people in NYC

From 25 to 28 July 2016, a delegation of 26 members of the Junior Chamber International Haiti (JCI Haiti) will be present in New York to attend the summit of the JCI for a Global Partnership under the theme "Investing in global objectives for sustainable development ", the delegation led by National President 2016, Gildas Ternier, will leave the Haitian soil this Sunday.

The delegation's mission is to represent the whole country with dignity, young Haitians being part of the movement in particular. The summit will be an opportunity for young Haitian ambassadors to tighten links with various United Nations agencies and negotiate potential partnerships for the various projects of the Junior Chamber International Haiti.

At this summit, the young active citizens of JCI will join business leaders, government and civil society to address critical issues of our time and bring sustainable global change through the framework of the Sustainable Development Goals.

With the support of the Office of the Special Envoy of the UN Secretary General on youth, JCI Global Partnership Summit 2016 will engage leaders to discuss the challenges and opportunities that global objectives present. The active participation throughout the Summit provides the impetus for all delegates and speakers to return to their country and work with the motivation to take responsibility and begin to take steps towards building the future we want to see in 2030.
