3rd failure in the Senate
Monday prior the holding of the National Assembly to close the 2nd ordinary session of the legislative year, the Senate tried to sign the law sanctioning money laundering and terrorist financing without being able to achieve a quorum (3rd time this week) required given the opposition of 4 senators, led by Carl Murat Cantave.

Reactions around the seizure of weapons
Following the major weapons seizure in St. Marc last week https://www.haitilibre.com/en/news-18569-haiti-flash-worrying-seizure-of-weapons-from-the-usa.html Sen. Youri Latortue expressed concern and recommends to the police to conduct an investigation to apprehend all the culprits.

Opening of assizes on the National Cause
