Haiti - Security : Call for mobilization of the PNH 03/10/2016 10:03:50
At the approaching of passage of the hurricane Matthew on Haiti https://www.haitilibre.com/en/news-18797-haiti-flash-matthew-the-situation-this-morning.html , Michel-Ange Gédéon, Director General of the National Police of Haiti (PNH) reminds to the departmental directors in general and directors of departments of South, Southeast, Nippes and Grand Anse in particular, the obligation imposed on them to mobilize their staff and materials available to them, to come help people cope with the consequences of Matthew.
Furthermore, the Directorate-General reminds all members of the PNH, that the mission of protecting lives and property under Article 269-1 of the Constitution must be primarily performed with fervor in times of great difficulty as the natural major natural event.
Michel-Ange Gédéon launches an appeals "Police officers, follow the weather updates and stay mobilized alongside the population !"
