Friday at the National Palace, the de facto President Jocelerme Privert, met Jean René Antoine Nicolas Minister of Social Affairs and Labour (MAST) and Marie Denise Claude, Minister for Women and Women's Rights, about the situation of the most vulnerable people in the areas affected by the hurricane Matthew.
