Two foreigners assigned to the CTV

The National Human Rights Network (RNDDH) denounced the assignment of two technicians from the United Nations Development Program (UNDP) to the Voting Tabulation Center (VCT). The RNDDH fears that the presence of these two foreigners in the CTV affects the credibility of the recording operations of minutes after the voting took place.

Berlanger call to vote even under rain
