1 - The border will be closed on Saturday, November 19 starting at 6:00 pm and throughout the day on Sunday, November 20, 2016. Regular activities will resume on Monday, November 21, 2016, starting at 6:00 am; 2 - Suspension of all firearms licenses and prohibitions from traveling with sharp, blunt or other weapons by destination. In the case of private security companies, they will have to take over on site to avoid any movement of weapons on the public highway; 3 - Prohibition of motorists and motorcyclists to approach nearly one hundred (100) meters of voting centres, BED and BEC; 4 - Rallying, which are likely to disturb public order, are ormally prohibited throughout the territory of Saturday, November 19 from 6:00 pm until Monday, November 21 at 6:00 am; 5 - Night clubs, performance halls, and other related institutions will keep their doors closed for the period mentioned.
