Haiti - FLASH : 98,98% of the minutes at the CTV

Thursday, at a press conference Robenson Chérilus, the Director Genral of Voting Tabulation Centre (CTV) confirmed that the tabulation process was proceeding quickly and that 98.98% of the minutes had been received at the Center.
