Haiti - Elections : Jacques Edouard Alexis in favor of a provisional government
Jacques Edouard Alexis, candidate "Mobilisation pour le Progrès d'Haïti (MPH)" and member of the Group of 12 (Karibe), continues to advocate for the cancellation of elections of November 28. "We need a provisional government of consensus to rebuild these elections," recalling that the elections of November 28 "are the failure of the Head of State, the Provisional Electoral Council (CEP) and the international community" who have endorsed "the maneuvering".

A position shared by the political platforms of the opposition: UCADDE, Rasanble, Libération, Alternative and the coalition of popular organizations "Tèt kole".

Turneb Delpé, one of the spokesmen of "Tèt Kole" qualify of "electoral coup" the election of November 28 and also calls for the cancellation of elections. "The people have suffered too much, it needs a CEP impartial and a government reliable and capable of giving them the opportunity to freely choose their future leaders". Turneb Delpé and former deputy, Serge Jean-Louis, head of platform release, called for the continuation of the peaceful anti-government mobilization.

The four political platforms of the opposition, which had called for a boycott of the elections of November 28, were launched on Friday the idea of a national political conference with various sectors to form a provisional government.

Recall that the solution of a transitional government, was excluded from the possible options, by the United Nations and representatives of various foreign governments, heavily involved in the case of Haiti.
