Haiti - FLASH : Spanish arrested in Europe, soon transferred to Haiti 20/01/2017 09:27:16
Camille Junior Edouard, the Minister of Justice welcomed this arrest while announcing the beginning of the procedures of his TRANSFER for he to be handed over to the Haitian justice.
