Sunday at 3:53 pm, 7 minutes before close of polling stations, the Haitian National Police issued a new partial report of the incidents recorded on the elections day of January 29, 2017, or a total of 49 incidents and 20 arrests.

Department of Artibonite:
2 arrests
1 incident of electoral fraud

Department of Center:
2 destruction of ballots ;
4 arrests ;
1 demonstration ;
1 possession of electoral card ;
1 attempted fraud ;
1 seizure of firearm.

Department of Grand Anse :
1 incident de jets de pierre.

Department of North :
1 theft of ballot papers ;
3 arrests ;
1 incident of electoral fraud ;
1 possession of weapon and batch of cards ;
1 disturbance to public order ;
1 launch of tear gas.

Department of Northeast :
1 arrests ;
1 possession of false mandate.

Department of the West :
8 arrests ;
1 disturbance to public order ;
2 stone throwing ;
4 seizures of firearms.

Department of Southeast :
2 arrests ;
1 demonstration ;
3 disturbance to public order ;
1 stone throwing ;
1 polling station closed ;

1 seizure of firearm.
