Haiti - Politic : Ricardo Seitenfus voluntary or forced departure ?
If we believe the Secretary General of the Organization of American States (OAS), Albert Ramdin, the words of the Brazilian Ricardo Seitenfus, Special Representative of the OAS in Haiti, reproduced in the Swiss newspaper "Le Temps" are "unfortunate" but would have nothing to do with the departure of Mr. Seitenfus.

The Secretary General of the OAS said that Ricardo Seitenfus leave Haiti in January 2011 after his two-year mission, specifying that Albert Ramdin had informed the OAS of his departure four months ago and that the OAS had not yet taken any decision regarding his replacement.

The notorious lack of credibility of the OAS in Haitian affairs makes us doubt of this explanation, voluntary departure or resignation required ? Ricardo Seitenfus only knows the truth.
