"Today 7 February 2017, a new day rises on Haiti. A formidable adventure begins at the head of the country, a remarkable man working with a burning desire and a great will to gradually transform the living conditions of a population beleaguered but fiercely determined to write a new page of a tormented but fascinating story.

President Jovenel Moses was invested with a delicate and noble mission, it will be for him to exploit the immense potentialities of a nation rich in its human, cultural and natural resources but plunged in extreme precariousness by internal stupid struggles, infantile and recurring confrontations, a real poison for the stability indispensable to investments generating wealth.

The new Head of State is fully aware of this colossal challenge that awaits him. His humility, his ingenuity and his open-mindedness should enable him to reinforce this great mutation of a society torn in search of a second wind and a renaissance.

But so that he can truly honor his commitments and that the sun of hope shines again on this land bearing of a wonderful story but too often betrayed and sacked by his own children, he will have to benefit from a long truce calm and intelligent, but above all of the solidarity, support and involvement of all sectors of national life.

Haiti can not afford to miss this great historic turn. We all need to measure the importance of this, n order to succeed together under the enlightened and dynamic leadership of President Jovenel Moïse. Otherwise, we will suffer the humiliating lightning and the just contempt of future generations..."
