The Ministry of National Education reminds the approximately 18,000 candidates who have failed in the Bac, that the first session of the permanent bac for the academic year 2016-2017 will take place as scheduled, from 20 to 23 February 2017.

During this examination period, the following instructions will be applied strictly :

1 - Any candidate caught in the act of fraud or with a reprehensible behavior will see its copy canceled and will be invited to leave the premises after a report has been drawn up. The candidate will not be able to take part in the examinations for a period of up to four years;

2 - No candidate may enter an examination center with a weapon of any kind;

3 - The use of programmable calculators and other communication devices is strictly forbidden;

4 - Cell phones are formally banned in examination centers, except for officials, as required;

5 - Any candidate caught in the act of fraud with a cell phone will be eliminated;

6 - Any person caught in the act of fraud in the vicinity and / or in the Examination Centers will be placed under arrest and surrender to the judicial authorities for legal action;

7 - It is forbidden for the Security Officers of Examination Centers to enter examination rooms;

8 - No one can have access to an examination center without special authorization from the central authorities (Minister, Directorate General, BUNEXE, Departmental Directorate).
