He was pleased with the recycling of the debris which avoids encumbering the roads by many trucks "We can say to the donors: here is a reconstruction model that works [...] Whatever the amount of money you give us, we can buy more of these equipments". However, Julie Schindall, an official of the humanitarian organization Oxfam, said that such equipment was stranded nearly 9 months by the Haitian customs while hoping that the former President can move faster the reconstruction.
