In his speech he explained to farmers and to the population the mechanisms that enabled the implementation of this Caravan, as well as the measures adopted to perpetuate the results and significantly improve agricultural production in the Valley. The Head of State took the opportunity once again to call on the farmers to regroup in order to avoid the fragmentation of the land and to benefit from the support of his administration. Finally, he promised the return of the Caravan in the Artibonite in November, to initiate major projects and the concreting of canals.
