Haiti - Duvalier : Complaints filed against

Haitian journalist Michèle Montas, whose late husband, journalist Jean Dominique, was intimidated and then exiled under the Duvalier regime; Alix Fils-Aimé and Claude Rosiers, two former political prisoners incarcerated for 10 years during the dictatorship and Nicole Magloire have complained on Wednesday against the former dictator Jean-Claude Duvalier, for crimes against humanity.

After meeting with the Attorney General Augustus Aristides, Montas said, "We have complained for arbitrary detention, exile, destruction of private property, physical and moral torture, violation of civil and political rights" adding that the case would be forwarded to a judge of instruction.
