Haiti - FLASH : Transport strike widely followed 19/09/2017 09:19:19 Most of the businesses were closed, including informal businesses (with the exception of a few supermarkets and petrol stations), as well as schools, because of the lack of transportation, they could not go to class or had stayed home for security reasons... Government offices were technically open, but employees were limited in number because they could not get to their workplace.
