Rather than listen to or read the often contradictory versions and analyzes of pros and anti-budget, we invite you to download this budget, in order to make your own opinion from the official information. Part of Article 17 removed : "Persons whose fiscal domicile is outside Haiti must provide proof that they are in good standing with the tax authorities of their country of residence and will pay a minimum flat tax of ten thousand (10,000.00) gourdes."
