Haiti - FLASH : Jacques Joachim elected to the World Volleyball Hall of Fame 26/10/2017 11:08:40
Reacting to this news the Lamur Regine, the Ministry of Youth and Sports said in a note "It is an honor for the Haitian people in general, the sports community and the national volleyball family in particular to see one of his illustrious sons and one of his eminent leaders being accepted into the World Volleyball Hall of Fame. On behalf of the Government and the Nation, the Ministry asks the Haitian Volleyball Federation to convey its warmest congratulations to Jacques Joachim, a model for Haitian Youth and for all Haitian sports leaders, for his passion, his commitment to serve, his concern for ethics, his many qualities and his vision for the development of volleyball in Haiti. Joachim's presence at the Volleyball Hall of Fame should challenge sport leaders that the commitment to youth, the sacrifices and the contribution to the development of sport have a price.
