Following the enthusiasm of Haitian and international architectural professionals to participate in the architectural competition for the reconstruction of the National Palace of Haiti https://www.haitilibre.com/en/news-22306-haiti-flash-architecture-competition-for-the-reconstruction-of-the-national-palace.html the Working Group and Reflection for the Reconstruction of the Historic Building of the National Palace advises :

• The deadline for submission of the Call for Expression of Interest (AMI) files will be extended by (21) calendar days until November 21, 2017, at noon..

• Individual companies must submit financial statements signed by an accountant who is a member of the Order of Chartered Professional Accountants of Haiti (OCPAH) ;

• Partnerships and public limited companies will be required to present their audited financial statements by an accounting firm or an independent consultant, duly authorized, a member of the OCPAH.

If necessary, contact the Unit of Construction of Housing and Public Buildings (UCLBP) for the assembly of files of grouping and the facilitation to obtain the documents at the Ministry of Trade and Industry (MCI) and the Direction General Taxes.

The participation of the same subcontractor including individual experts in more than one proposal is not permitted.

A consultant to be pre-qualified must obtain for his submission a minimum score of 75 points out of 100 (seventy-five points out of one hundred).

None of the criteria is cause of disqualification.
