Haiti - Development : President Moïse visits the site of the interchange of Carrefour

Yesterday Wednesday, President Jovenel Moïse, accompanied by Fritz Caillot, Minister of Public Works went to the construction site of the interchange of Carrefour to learn about its progress and meet the responsible for the Dominican firm Estrella, responsible for this important infrastructure, under the supervision of the firm LGL SA. Project management is provided by the Public Works Department and the cost of this exchanger is estimated at approximately $14 millions.

Launched in October 2014 under the Martelly-Lamothe Government, construction work on the interchange of Carrefour aims to solve the problem of bottling on the Carrefour road, particularly at the intersection of the Haitian Navy.

During his visit, the Head of State insisted on the need to accelerate this project, the completion of which is planned for early 2019.
