Haiti - NOTICE : Arrival of Japanese rice
The Monetary Office of Development Assistance Programs (BMPAD) advises the general public and food retailers (importers and wholesalers) in particular that "within the framework of the Exchange of Notes signed on 1 December 2016 between Governments of the Republic of Haiti and Japan https://www.haitilibre.com/en/news-19424-haiti-humanitarian-donation-of-more-than-$3m-from-japan.html , a shipment of rice totaling 5,772.37 MT divided into 3,463.42 MT of US rice and 2,308.95 MT of Japanese rice will be received at the Port "Les Moulins d'Haïti" during the second week of December 2017 for monetization purposes.

To this end, interested parties wishing to buy this rice are requested, upon publication of this note, to register at the local Monetization Office located at No. 12, Boulevard Harry Truman, between November 27 and December 12, 2017. They must be equipped with the following valid documents for the 2017-2018 fiscal year :

1. Professional Identity Card (CIP)
2. Certificate of patent
3. Tax Identity Card
