Haiti - Tourism : The reception of visitors a priority of the Ministry
Thursday as the high tourist season approaches, Colombe Émilie Jessy Menos, Minister of Tourism held a major working session on the need to improve visitor reception in Haiti.

This meeting, which took place in the conference room of the Ministry, brought together the representatives of different institutions concerned: Raina Forbin, Vice President of the Tourism Association of Haiti (ATH), Pierre Chauvet of the Agence Citadelle, Ernst Renaud, Deputy Director of the National Airport Authority (AAN), Previlon Renel, Director General Administration of Customs (AGD), Oliver Jean, Director General of the National Office of Civil Aviation (OFNAC), officials of the Ministry of Tourism and members of the private cabinet of Minister Menos.

The management of the flow of flights at the airport, the organization of reception facilities at departure and arrival and the development of the overall space of the airport were on the agenda of this meeting .

"We must offer visitors to the destination Haiti a quality service," insisted Minister Menos recalling that major events are expected in the country with many visitors including in this end of the year and early 2018.

Remember that this kind of session is a practice established in recent months by the Ministry of Tourism. Thus, weekly meetings are organized at the AAN to meet the various challenges to meet to better welcome tourists in Haiti.
