Haitian killed in Chile for 8 dollars

Residing in Chile for about a year, a Haitian national John Benjamin, a native of the Department of the North and father of two children, died December 26 in Conchalì (commune of Santiago) after a violent altercation with his tenant who owed him 5,000 pesos (equivalent to ± 8 US dollars).
