Haiti - Politic : Opening of the International Forum on State Reform 23/03/2018 08:59:01
This 2-day forum is intended primarily to contribute to the consolidation of the initiatives to strengthen governance and institutional capacity in the country. It focuses on the themes of democratic governance, modernization of public administration, innovation in the public sector, decentralization and local governance. The Head of State stressed the importance of governance based on strong institutions operating on the basis of principles, rules and procedures convinced that there is no "good governance" without good administration.
