This first meeting focused on the means to be put at the disposal of the personalities who form these two organs, so that they can carry out their mission in the best conditions.
Recall that the EGSN mission is to produce a "pact for stability and economic and social progress" to be submitted for validation to the Head of State in the next 6 months. The members of the Steering Committee and the Technical Secretariat have pledged to pool their skills and know-how with a view to helping to make these Sectoral General States a reality that will mark the future. It should be noted that this pact aims at restoring confidence in the country and at creating the conditions to make possible major changes in four major sectors of national life: political, economic, social and cultural.
Moses, while welcoming this first meeting, promised to remain at the disposal of the Committee and the Technical Secretariat and to do everything in his power to facilitate the success of the EGSN, because according to him "no sacrifice is too much great when it comes to Haiti."
