Haiti - Politic : The Minister of Defense front a parliamentary commission 27/04/2018 10:13:08
In the framework of a working session this week on the functioning of the Armed Forces of Haiti, Hervé Denis, the Minister of Defense answered questions from the Standing Committee "Defense and Border Development" of the Lower House, chaired by the Deputy of Anse-à-Pitre Bel-Ange Pierre (FUSION). On the agenda of discussions among others : the possible application of the law on the operation of the Armed Forces of Haiti (FAd'H); the last press note on Reservists signed by the Commander-in-Chief (Ai) of the FAD'H https://www.haitilibre.com/en/news-24072-haiti-notice-the-demobilized-soldiers-are-part-of-the-reservists.html ; the recruitment process for young people in Gressier and the urgent needs of the Ministry of Defense in the context of the 2017-2018 amending budget.
