Lieutenant General Jodel Lessage, Commander-in-Chief of the Armed Forces of Haiti (FAd'H) https://www.haitilibre.com/en/news-22737-haiti-flash-president-moise-appoints-acting-commander-in-chief-of-the-army-of-haiti.html would like to make it clear to the demobilized that the Decree of 17 November 2017, reestablishing the FAD'H, confers them from the outset the status of reserve staff according to the prescriptions of article 4.2 Bis of the General Regulations of FAD'H which stipulates :

"Are part of the FAD'H Reserve Staff

1. Officers and enlisted retired

2. Officers and enlisted reformed

3. Officers and enlisted layoffs"

Recalling "[...] As a result, they must at all times behave like a true soldier to deserve reinstatement under the conditions set out in sections 4-98 and 4-103 of the above-mentioned regulations."
