Haiti - FLASH : The increase of the prices of petroleum products in the next budget 18/06/2018 11:47:51
Minister Salomon explained that the time taken to prepare these budgets results from the necessary reflections for each State action, insisting that the State can not act without taking into account the financial consequences of its actions. Decisions highlighting "given the very limited international contributions we must ensure that all essential actions are possible during the fiscal year." Moreover, Solomon confirms that the increase in prices of petroleum products has been taken into account in these budgets, recalling that the state operates illegally by failing to implement the 1995 decree because of socio-political-economic considerations.
